Does your leadership team know how they’re showing up?
Most leaders have blind spots in their leadership where they have no awareness.
A Better Approach to 360° Feedback
360° feedback can be incredibly valuable. But traditional approaches can create an experience that feels political, impersonal, and difficult to act on.
LOW TRUST
Fear of retaliation can keep people from being candid.
POLITICS & BIAS
Workplace dynamics can influence ratings and responses.
LIMITED INSIGHT
Scores often tell you the what, but not the why.
NO CLEAR NEXT STEP
Feedback without a clear plan rarely creates lasting change.
What Makes a Leadership Impact Review Different?
Designed to encourage growth—not simply point out problems.

Complete Anonymity
Feedback is gathered in a way that encourages candid input while keeping individual responses completely anonymous.
01
Growth-Focused Insights
Leaders gain clarity around their strengths and identify specific opportunities to increase their impact.
02
Follow-up & Accountability
Clear next steps, accountability, and follow through turn feedback into meaningful leadership growth.
03
How a Leadership Impact Review Works
Identify
We help identify the 15–20 employees who will complete the survey for each leader.
Gather
Each person receives a completely anonymous survey comprised of 20 qualitative questions and six quantitative questions.
Summarize
Answers are affinitized and summarized to protect each respondent. No attribution is given, and no one outside our team sees the raw data.
Follow Through
We help manage a well-defined and simple process of follow-up and accountability after the reviews are distributed.
A Completely Turn-Key Process
A Leadership Impact Review Includes:
01 | A Comprehensive Summary Report
An executive summary, five key areas to focus on, and summarized responses to both the qualitative and quantitative questions.
02 | Best Practices for Moving Forward
Each person reviewed receives clear best practices for applying the results and getting the most value from the information provided.
03 | 90-180 Day Follow-Up
We resurvey each person and quantify the change in the five designated opportunities for improvement.
